Dr. Gabriel Chiu is a talented reconstructive plastic surgeon specializing in the fine art of aesthetic plastic surgery. He is certified by the American Board of Physician Specialties or ABPS.
Dr. Chiu earned his degree from the University of California Berkeley in Microbiology and Immunology. He finished medical school in Southern California at the Western University of Health Sciences. Completing an internship at Bi-County Community Hospital in the Henry Ford Health System, Dr. Chiu went on to begin his general surgery residency in Detroit, Michigan at the St. John's Health System. He decided to transfer to Cleveland, Ohio; completing his residency in the Cuyahoga Falls General Hospital. It was at this time he became Chief Resident in General Surgery.
Fellowship Experience
Once his residency was finished, Gabriel attended the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine to embark on a challenging fellowship in reconstructive and plastic surgery. He studied craniofacial, hand, microvascular, burn, pediatric, cosmetic, trauma, wound care and reconstructive surgeries.
Dr. Chiu was chosen as Chief Fellow of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. As such, he oversaw training of oromaxillary facial residents, general surgery residents and plastic surgery fellows. He additionally oversaw medical students at Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla, NY, St. Mary's Medical Center in Langhorn, PA, Medical College of Pennsylvania and St. Christopher's Hospital for Children in Philadelphia.
Once he obtained successful completion of his reconstructive and plastic surgery training, Dr. Chiu came back to California. He currently operates out of his own pristine clinic called Beverly Hills Plastic Surgery Inc. also known as BHPS Inc.

An accomplished photographer, Dr. Chiu loves to take photos and is continually inspired by nature everywhere he goes. The Chius are devout Christians and spend time at the Bel Air Presbyterian Church. Numerous philanthropic endeavors keep them engaged throughout Los Angeles and Christine serves on multiple boards.
